Every dish is hand cut from reclaimed sugar maple and finished by the Nature's Trace Team, aka, yours truly! The gorgeous wood is protected with 100% natural oils, making this the perfect companion to your Nature's Trace soap.
Wood is a natural product and no manufactured chemicals were used to preserve these dishes. Natural weathering will likely occur if left sitting in water over a prolonged period. Some variance in grain and figuring should be expected between pieces.
For maximum dish life: once or twice a month, thoroughly clean, allow to completely dry out and wipe with 100% pure oil such as 100% pure Tung Seed Oil, Cutting Board Oil (unscented mineral oil), or coconut oil. Do not use vegetable oils as these will go rancid and start to smell and/or encourage mold growth. Soap pictured not included.
