Honey Bee Soap
Honey Bee Soap
Smells like: Lavender, Orange blossoms, and warm honey
This is our Honey Beeswax soap but with an extra special addition to celebrate nectar flow and pollinators! If you're in Chicago, you can shop these in person at The Insect Asylum. If you're far away, you can get them here!
The bees on the soap tops are from our hives. Bees typically live only 30 days so this is a special way for them to keep on living in a special way. The flowers on top are a blend of some hand harvested roses from Michigan, redbud and marigold from my garden, and some Chicago linden was added too!
Our bees are part of what inspired my soap making, by helping me realize my backyard was full of amazing ingredients. The slightest scent of toasted honey lingers in these bars, combined with beeswax for a nice hard, long lasting bar, and colloidal oatmeal to give your skin a gentle scrub.
Ingredients: Saponified Oils (Lard, Olive, Rice Bran, Castor, Beeswax), Water, Essential Oils, Colloidal Oatmeal, Raw Honey, Sodium Lactate, Rosemary Oleoresin Extract, Wild Dried Flower blend, Honey Bees
